Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use this website (tekelectronicarts.com) or engage TEK Electronic Arts ("we", "us") to deliver audio, lighting, vision, webcasting, projection mapping, technical support or full event production services.

1. Use of the website

This site is provided for information about our services. Content is owned by TEK Electronic Arts or its licensors. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial use. Photos of past projects remain the property of the relevant rights-holders.

2. Enquiries and quotes

Submitting an enquiry through this site does not create a contract. A booking is confirmed only when we issue a written quote and you accept it (by signature, email confirmation or deposit payment).

3. Bookings, deposits and payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a deposit is payable to secure your date. The balance is due on the terms set out in the quote. Late payments may attract interest at a reasonable commercial rate.

4. Cancellations and changes

If you cancel or postpone a confirmed booking, the deposit and any costs already incurred (gear hire, sub-contractors, travel) may be non-refundable. We will set this out in the quote.

5. Site access, power and safety

You agree to provide safe, timely access to the venue, suitable power and a workable rigging environment. We will comply with reasonable venue rules and Australian workplace health and safety laws.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes the consumer guarantees in the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, our liability for any claim relating to a booking is capped at the fees paid for that booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

7. Media and credit

Unless you ask us in writing not to, we may use photos and video of events we deliver (without identifying individuals) to showcase our work. You retain the right to ask us to remove anything that includes you.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The courts of NSW have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
